In this day and age the majority of window cleaning companies are using water fed poles, why? They are safer and more efficient than using ladders. However if these systems are not maintained correctly your windows will streak badly resulting in a poor finish.
At Clean Slate we have over 10 years experience using and maintaining these systems. We have even improved on our suppliers filtering system to make it run more efficiently. We check our water quality daily before we transfer it to our on-board tanks to ensure it is 99.99% pure. We also operate a 'Thermopure' hot water system so even those stubborn stains are dealt with easily.
All our staff go through a rigorous 12 week training process to make sure they are fully schooled in the maintenance and use of all our equipment. They are trained to know exactly how to achieve not only clean windows but frames and sills too. We reward high performing staff through the use of a bonus scheme and with our team leader being a share holder in the company he will go that extra mile to ensure those standards never drop. We in addition carry out regular job checks to ensure the highest standards are achieved. We use the latest lightweight carbon fibre poles resulting in us being able to clean up to 60ft from the safety of the ground. If some of your windows are in excess of 60ft high or inaccessible for our water fed poles our staff are IPAF certificated to carry out the work using powered access thus ensuring no windows get missed. We look after our equipment and if it breaks we'll replace or fix it immediately, before it touches another window.
We are so confident of our window cleaning standards we guarantee them!
